The price in Euro are net Itermar, VAT included for a minimum of 20 participants. In case of an increase in the VAT rate, prices must be modified accordingly.

1/25 paying people in double

Itermar follows the progress about the new EU driving regulation, with new rules on driving times, breaks nd rest periods for drivers engaged in the carriage of goods and passengers by road, to improve working conditions and road safety. The confirmation must be sent in writing by mail until available places are filled. They will be considered valid If are followed by the advance payment that will required from us throught a Proforma-Invoice sent by email. The balance must be sent as written in the Proforma-Invoice 10 days before the arrival time.


All travel documents, including the vouchers will be sent to the client as soon as payment in full has been received.

10% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 44 till 30 days before the arrival;
25% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 29 till 21 days before the arrival;
50% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 20 till 8 days before the arrival;
80% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 7 till 4 days before the arrival;
100% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 3- 0 days before the arrival.

A complete list of the full names of all passengers with date and place of birth must be sent to Itermar 15 days before the arrival date. Groups of adults are accomodated in double rooms and in few single rooms (against a supplement). All rooms have private bathrooms.
Groups of students are accomodated in multiple rooms and double/singles for teachers (against a supplement).
All rooms have private bathroom.
Breakfast, If not otherwise expressed, is usually a continental breakfast buffet and includes: hot beverage, bread, butter and marmelade.
Half board includes 3 couses menu without drinks. Tap water is not always possible and included.

Itermar guarantees the availability 24h of one of our operators for any needs. In the travel documents will be written the mobile number.

The city tax is not included and must be paid directly on spot during the check-in.

In case of changes for reason beyond the control of Itermar, Itermar could for instance substitute services already boo-ked with others of the same category or even superior.

In case of complaints, these must be arrive to Itermar writing and during the journey of the group. Itermar cannot be responsible for complaits received by the company after the departure of the group.
