Day 1
Arrival in the Salzkammergut - 3 course evening menu
Day 2
Day trip to Linz - immerse yourself in the culture with a visit to the “Lentos” - an exemplary presentation of paintings from the Second World War. Free time in Linz. On the way back, train journey with the Regional Express from Gmunden to Bad Ischl. Evening with Austrian delicacies
Day 3
After breakfast departure for Lauffen near Bad Ischl; Admission to the Imperial Park including a guided tour of the Imperial Villa. After you make your individual tour with your mobile phone along the Ischl cultural paths and the exhibition at the Kurpark. Enjoy a delicious coffee in one of the nice coffee houses in the city center. Return to your hotel. 3 course evening menu
Day 4
Trip to the Ausseerland for a nice boat trip where you can enjoy its unique mountain scenery from the water. Impressed, you start the return journey and stop for an exhibition at the Steinberghaus in Altaussee – “the mountain, the salt and the pictures “- Then drive to the oldest gingerbread factory in the region for a small tasting. Then continue over the Koppenpass and along Lake Hallstatt to Bad Goisern to enjoy a real home cooking session from a typical innkeeper.
Day 5
Breakfast – Departure for your home journey with a gift as farewell from the Capital of Culture.
