Friuli Venezia Giulia: Glamorous Friuli

1° Day: ARRIVAL IN FRIULI
Bus trip to Italy. Arrival at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

2° Day: TRIESTE AND MIRAMARE CASTLE
After breakfast, departure to the town center of Trieste that with its Piazza dell'Unità, one of the biggest squares, embraces the sea. Visit of the town, break for a coffee in a characteristic historic local bar. In the afternoon the tour continues to the Miramare Castle. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

3° Day: UDINE AND COLLIO LAND
Breakfast and meeting with the guide in Udine for the visit of the town. Discover the Piazza Libertà in typical Venetian style, the Via Mercato Vecchio, with its elegant shops, the Piazza San Giacomo and the Cathedral in which you can admire masterpieces of the artist Giambattista Tiepolo. At the end, visit of the Collio area with its gentle hills of the Collio wine region, where the grapes are grown for the best white wines of Friuli. These wines can be tasted in a typical prestigious wine cellar. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

4° Day: VILLA MANIN AND SAN DANIELE HAM
Breakfast and drive to Villa Manin in Passiriano, one of the largest Venetian villas of Italy built in the Friuli plain. Then drive to San Daniele del Friuli to visit a "Prosciutteria" with ham tasting. The microclimate of San Daniele is the reason of the exceptional quality of this ham, exported all over the world. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

5° Day: DEPARTURE
After breakfast departure for your home destination.
